Prior to joining Emerald Lake, Mr. McPherson was a member of the Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions team at Greenhill & Co.

Prior to Greenhill, Mr. McPherson worked in the Corporate Development team and as a Software Engineer at Broadcom.

Mr. McPherson holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Finance from Princeton University.
